"GENERAL" is our very first strategic game. It is distributed free of charge and, being 3 years old, is still very popular. It is available for download practically on all known major download sites. For instance, www.download.com users downloaded the game more than 50,000 times, over 100 of them have left comments, and the game rating there is 87%, which is very high for freeware.
Nevertheless, it must be said that the game has only a minimum of graphics and sound, and it is becoming increasingly obsolete. Still, lots of people play it, especially over the Internet and even create “General” clans and alliances.
